WHAT WE COLLECT

Newsletter: the email address you give us, your first name if you provide it, and your country or region if you tell us.

Free downloads: if you claim a download through one of our download gates, we receive the email address you entered and which download it was.

Website: our website host, and the analytics and advertising tools we use (including Google Analytics, Google Ads and TikTok), collect standard technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and pages viewed.

Store purchases are handled by our payment provider.

HOW WE USE IT

We use your email address to send you the KREAM newsletter: releases, tour dates and free downloads. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you signed up. You can withdraw it at any time.

We use website data to operate the site, understand how it is used, and measure and target our advertising.

SHARING

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers who help us operate: our website host, our email and mailing list providers, our download gate provider, our payment provider, and the analytics and advertising providers named above. Some of these providers are located outside the EEA.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe we keep a minimal record of your address on a suppression list, so that you are not added back or contacted again.

Subject to applicable law, you may also request access to your data, or its correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing.
