This policy explains what personal data KREAM collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It applies to wearekream.com and to the KREAM newsletter.

WHO WE ARE

KREAM is a Norwegian electronic music duo. This site and our mailing list are operated by KREAM MUSIC LTD, Neofytou Nikolaide, Paphos 8011, Cyprus. For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights below, email info@wearekream.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Newsletter: your email address, and your first name if you give it. If you tell us your country or region, we store that too, so we only send you show announcements you can actually get to.

Free downloads: when you claim a free download through one of our download gates, we receive the email address you entered and the name of the download you claimed.

Website: standard analytics and security logs kept by our website host.

We do not collect payment card details. Purchases in our store are handled by our payment provider, and we never see your full card number.

WHY WE USE IT, AND ON WHAT BASIS

We use your email address for one purpose: to send you the KREAM newsletter, which covers new releases, tour dates and free downloads. We rely on your consent, given when you ticked the box on a download gate or signed up on this site. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will stop immediately.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal data with anyone for their own marketing. Your data is processed only by the services that make the newsletter work: our email delivery provider, our mailing list software, our website host and our download gate provider. Each processes data on our instructions only.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep your address until you unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your address on a permanent suppression list. That record exists solely so that you are never accidentally added back or contacted again, and it is never used to send you anything.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of every message, or by emailing info@wearekream.com. You also have the right to request a copy of your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within 30 days at the latest. If you are in the EU or UK and you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

We use cookies that are necessary to run the site and, where permitted, cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

CHILDREN

This site and our newsletter are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

CHANGES

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
